1. Agreement

By placing an order through QComDigital’s JotForm order form and completing payment via PayPal, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

QComDigital provides professional blog post writing services. All content is written in digital format and delivered electronically via email. Available service plans are:

To place an order, clients must:

• Complete the JotForm order form at qcomdigital.com with accurate and complete information
• Select their preferred service plan and delivery format
• Complete payment via PayPal before work commences

Work begins only after PayPal payment is confirmed. Orders with incomplete or unclear briefs may experience delays while we seek clarification.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the PayPal account or payment method provided. All prices are listed in USD. QComDigital does not store or handle payment card information directly.

5. Delivery

Completed blog posts are delivered to the client’s registered email address within the timeframe specified for their selected plan, measured from the time PayPal payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high demand. See our full Delivery Policy for details.

6. Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revisions. Revision requests must:

• Be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Clearly describe the specific changes required
• Relate to the original order brief — not a change of topic or complete rewrite

Requests that materially change the original brief may be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted full ownership and usage rights to the delivered blog post. QComDigital retains no rights to use the content after delivery. The client may publish, modify, or distribute the content freely.

8. Originality

QComDigital guarantees that all delivered content is written from scratch and is original at the time of delivery. We do not resell or republish client content. However, QComDigital cannot be held liable if a client publishes content that inadvertently resembles existing online material, as similarities in topic can naturally occur.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful order requirements
• Not request content that is illegal, defamatory, plagiarized, or harmful
• Provide a valid email address for delivery
• Use delivered content in accordance with applicable laws

QComDigital reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that violates these responsibilities, with a full refund issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

QComDigital’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or delivered content.

11. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally, no refunds are issued after delivery of a completed article. Refunds may be considered in cases of non-delivery or significant failure to meet the stated brief.

12. Modifications

QComDigital reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties before any formal proceedings are initiated.
