Jotform Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. Overview

At QComDigital, we are committed to delivering high-quality blog post writing services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our digital copywriting services.

2. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital content services, refunds are generally not issued once a completed article has been delivered to the client. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues through our revision process.

No refunds are issued after the completed article has been delivered and accepted by the client.

3. When a Refund May Be Issued

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

Non-delivery: If your completed article was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and we are unable to resend it within a reasonable additional period.

Significant deviation from brief: If the delivered article significantly fails to meet the requirements clearly stated in your order form, and the issue cannot be resolved through the included revisions.

Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

4. Revisions Before Requesting a Refund

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to use their included revision allowance. We are confident that most concerns can be resolved through revisions:

Basic Plan — 1 revision included
Standard Plan — 3 revisions included
Premium Plan — 5 revisions included

Revision requests must clearly describe what needs to be changed. Changes that significantly alter the original order brief may be treated as a new order.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our website at qcomdigital.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include:

  • Your full name and email address used for the order
  • Your PayPal transaction ID
  • A clear description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The article has been delivered and the client has changed their mind
  • The client provided insufficient or inaccurate information in the order form
  • The client requests a topic or style change after delivery
  • Revision requests exceed the plan allowance
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
